Release date: July 7, 2026
Physicians, leaders, and clinicians at Dosher Memorial Hospital are proud to announce that the Dosher Wound Care Center has been awarded the prestigious Robert A. Warriner III, M.D., Clinical Excellence Award by Healogics, the nation's largest provider of advanced wound care services. This Center has scored in the top 10 percent of eligible Healogics® Wound Care Centers® on the Clinical Excellence measure, which is the Comprehensive Healing Rate weighted by wound mix. This award is named for Dr. Robert A.
Warriner III, a pioneer in wound care and the former Chief Medical Officer for Healogics.
Dosher has also been awarded the prestigious Center of Distinction designation, for achieving outstanding clinical outcomes for 12 consecutive months, including a patient satisfaction rate higher than 92 percent.
“At Dosher, we believe extraordinary care is measured not only by clinical results, but also by the confidence and comfort patients feel throughout their healthcare journey,” said Lynda Stanley, President and CEO of Dosher Memorial Hospital. “We are proud to see our Wound Care Center’s commitment to clinical excellence matched by the trust and satisfaction of the patients and families they serve each day.”
The Dosher Wound Care Center is a member of the Healogics network of nearly 600 Wound Care Centers® and offers highly specialized wound care to patients suffering from diabetic foot ulcers, pressure ulcers, infections, and other chronic wounds.
Advanced wound care modalities provided by our wound care experts include negative pressure wound therapy, total contact casting, bio-engineered tissues, biosynthetic dressings, and growth factor therapies. Dosher also offers hyperbaric oxygen therapy, which works by surrounding the patient with 100 percent oxygen to help accelerate wound healing.
“This recognition reflects the expertise, compassion, and dedication our entire team brings to wound care every day,” said Dr. Brad Hilaman, Medical Director of the Dosher Wound Care Center. “Effective treatment does far more than heal a wound—it restores independence, prevents serious complications such as infection and amputation, and helps our patients return to the activities and people that matter most to them.”
