Dosher hosts virtual installment of Guest Chef Series

SOUTHPORT--Dosher Memorial Hospital's Guest Chef Program is the perfect venue for individuals to experience live, healthy cooking demonstrations performed by talented local chefs. This popular series, which suspended in-person classes last year due to COVID safety, returned on Monday, March 29 as a Facebook Live virtual event.

Dustin Garrett, Executive Chef of Oliver's on the Cape Fear and the Moore Street Oyster Bar, taught viewers how to create a healthy herbed roasted chicken with honey mustard cabbage as a side dish. The program is archived and can be viewed by all on the Dosher Hospital Facebook page at
