Job Posting Health Information Management (HIM) Analyst - Medical Records Full-Time / Monday - Friday position. The Health Information Management Analyst will assists requester with access to/release of information, coordinates medical record review, and if necessary monitor record returns. The HIM Analyst responds to requests for medical information by performing duties in accordance with established hospital and department policies and procedures. The position also serves as the department’s receptionist, aides in quantitative analysis for inpatient/outpatient records, and maintains physicians' deficiency within the system.
