Patient Accounts Rep/Front Desk - Patient Accounts
Full-Time
Answering telephones, working returned mail, taking payments, making deposits, handling and balancing funds, mail distribution and other duties as assigned.
Education:
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Two (2) years Hospital registration or business office
experience
Qualifications:
• Customer service experience
• Basic math skills
• Multi-tasking; excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software such as: Outlook, Word, and Excel
