Dr. Hilaman has been affiliated with Dosher since 1995. He graduated from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in 1976, from Georgetown Law School in 1988, and has served as Dosher's Chief Medical Officer since 2017. He is a well-known and respected Obstetrician and Gynecologist and has been primarily responsible for the direction and management of the hospital's highly successful and award-winning Wound Center.
Lynda Stanley, FACHE
President, Dosher Memorial Hospital & Foundation
Ms. Stanley was Chief Operating Officer of Dosher Hospital from 1986 until 2014, when she became President of the hospital's newly formed Foundation. She graduated from UNC Greensboro with a BS in Medical Technology and has a master's degree in Health Administration from Central Michigan University. Ms. Stanley is a familiar figure at the hospital and in Brunswick County. She is a Fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives. She has been a key figure in the success of the Dosher Hospital Foundation and the formation of the Brunswick Wellness Coalition.

Carol Northup joined Dosher as Chief Nursing Officer in 2013 from Mercy Hospital, Iowa City, where she was Director of Nursing Operations.. Previously, she was VP of Patient Care & CNO at Ottumwa Regional Health Center. She was the Director of the Women and Family Center and was the Director of the Nursing Program at Indian Hills Community College in Ottumwa, Iowa. Carol has been a speaker at the National Studer Convention "What's Right in Health Care."
Carol is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives and American Case Management Association.
