Board of Trustees Meetings are open to the public and are generally held on the first Monday of each month at the Hood Building on Moore Street in Southport. The meeting dates may vary according to holiday celebrations. Any changes to the meeting dates are posted on the door and given notice in the State Port Pilot. If you have need for any minutes previous to April 2016 or need to verify a monthly meeting date, please contact the Administration Office at 910-457-3910.
