Dosher Announces Latest “Triple E” Recipient

Jeremy Royal, a cook in the Dosher Dietary Department, is the most recent recipient of the hospital’s Employees Exceeding Excellence, “Triple E” award. Jeremy was recognized for embodying the spirit of service at Dosher and for creating an atmosphere of kindness and comfort. Said the nomination, “Jeremy is one of the first faces many of us see when we walk into the Dosher Hospital cafeteria, and he helps set the tone for the entire experience. What makes him stand out is the way he blends professionalism with personality and is consistently friendly, patient, and attentive.” The nomination went onto say, “Jeremy never misses an opportunity to brighten someone’s day with a quick joke or lighthearted comment. His dedication, reliability, and uplifting presence make him an invaluable part of the Dosher Hospital team.”
Jeremy, who lives in Bolivia, has been with Dosher since February of 2025. When he is not at work, he enjoys working in his yard, wood working, and spending time with his two daughters. Jeremy appreciates the team-based environment and the camaraderie he has with his coworkers at the hospital.
