Dosher Announces Latest "Triple E" Recipient

Kelly Perkins, clinic lead at Dosher Medical Women’s Health, is the most recent recipient of Dosher Memorial Hospital’s Employees Exceeding Excellence, or “Triple E,” Award.

Perkins was recognized for consistently demonstrating the qualities of commitment, responsibility, communication and professionalism, both in her role at Dosher and through her dedication to representing the hospital in the community.

According to her nomination, Perkins understands that Dosher’s mission extends beyond the walls of the hospital. She has repeatedly volunteered her personal time to support community outreach events, helping strengthen the relationship between Dosher Memorial Hospital and the community it serves.

“What stands out the most is Kelly’s attitude toward service,” her nomination stated. “She feels a personal responsibility to do her part, and those words are reflected in her actions every time she volunteers.”

Her willingness to go above and beyond without seeking recognition is another quality that made Perkins a deserving recipient of the Triple E Award. “Kelly truly embodies the values of Dosher Memorial Hospital,” the nomination stated.

Originally from Lincolnton, N.C., Perkins has been part of the Dosher team for a little more than one year. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her two children, dog and two cats, crafting, gardening, reading, baking, and decorating cakes.

The Employees Exceeding Excellence Award recognizes Dosher employees who demonstrate exceptional commitment to their work, their colleagues, patients and the community. Perkins’ recognition highlights not only her contributions to Dosher Medical Women’s Health, but also the impact she makes through her willingness to serve beyond her everyday responsibilities.

Tripe E recipients are nominated by their peers on a quarterly basis.
