Dosher Announces Tree Lighting Party on December 3rd

Dosher Memorial Hospital invites community members to attend a Christmas tree lighting ceremony on Wednesday, December 3rd from 6:00-8:00 pm in the hospital main lobby, at 924 N. Howe Street, Southport. The event is intended to bring patients, family, staff, and local community together to celebrate the spirit of the season. The Dosher Foundation is inviting community members to purchase a tree ornament, which will be displayed on the Dosher Christmas tree, in the amount of $10.00. Proceeds from the ornaments will be directed to the Foundation’s “most needed fund,” to support programs and equipment that benefit the hospital. Sponsors will be recognized on social media and the evening of the event. Anyone interested in purchasing an ornament is asked to contact the Dosher Foundation at 910-457-3936 before November 24th.

While the ornament sponsorship is appreciated, the purchase of an ornament is not required to attend. This event is free and all are welcome. Hot chocolate and refreshments will be served. Dosher looks forward to a memorable evening of sharing holiday cheer with our community.
