Dosher Food Drop Brings in over 500 Pounds of Donations
Release date: July 28, 2026
Dosher Memorial Hospital’s summer drive-through food donation event collected 516 pounds of nonperishable food and $20 in cash through the generosity of hospital staff and community members. The donations will help support local families through PORCH South Brunswick, an all-volunteer hunger relief organization that partners with area food pantries to help fill gaps in their food supplies.
"Supporting organizations like PORCH South Brunswick is one of the many ways we can help improve the health and well-being of our community," said Lynda Stanley, President and CEO of Dosher Memorial Hospital. "We sincerely thank everyone who contributed to this effort.
Their generosity will help ensure local families have access to nutritious food when they need it most."
